Fed Chairman Simulator is a game where you take on the role of a central bank chairman, with the power to set interest rates and expand/contract the currency supply. You must maintain your reputation until your term in office is finished, which involves keeping inflation within your target range while also keeping GDP from getting too low.

In addition to setting interest rates, there are a range of other policy options in your toolkit which you can decide to "spend" your reputation on. These include rigging the CPI to suppress inflation reporting, changing the target inflation range, abolishing the targets altogether and even abolishing fiat currency altogether and implementing sound money.

During your term in office there'll be various events thrown at you which you'll have to use your tools to navigate. These include terrorist attacks, pandemics, trade deals, war and even blackmail.

If you manage to make it to the end of your term without being kicked out of office, you can earn a place in the Fed Chairman Hall of Fame for all time.
